My name is Dani, and I am a product specialist here at Stampin’ Up! Having worked for the company for over ten years I want to let you know what stamps mean to me. I still own and use the first stamp set I ever purchased prior to working for the company. I am lucky enough to get to work with the employees who create and produce the stamps that we sell.
On a recent trip to Kanab I visited the old facility and came across an old sign above the door that employees used to enter the building.
“Through this door walk the very finest stamp manufacturers in the world.” I was so struck by the words “very finest”. We truly pride ourselves on producing a wonderful, artistic, quality product. From those who strategize, plan, manage SKU’s, create packaging, work with vendors, burn rubber, make die knives, provide quality assurance, package, train, pick and ship, everyone is truly dedicated to their work. We take care to ensure that we are delivering the best possible product to our consumers. We set the standard that other companies try to attain. We offer you the choice between wood- and clear-mount stamps. And we are constantly striving to improve our core product with innovative ideas.
One of the things I love about our stamps is how versatile they are. For example I am going to take one of my favorite sets the 25 & Counting Stamp Set and use it to make a countdown calendar for the holiday season. Each stamp fits within the 1" square punch which makes it quick and easy for that busy time of year. You can also use the 1 to 12 stamps for tags on treats for the “Twelve Days of Christmas.” This year I’m planning on making tags to use with small gifts (one for each day in December prior to Christmas) for my two grandsons. Yep, I’m Grandani to Colin (10) and Koan (4 months). Last year I did this and hung the tags on a garland on my stairway banister. Colin was so excited to see what small trinket he would get each day. He even enjoyed the lump of coal! I hope that you can all think of many ways to use this awesome set!
I would just like to say thanks so much to everyone I work with on a daily basis for helping Stampin’ Up! produce the “VERY FINEST” stamps!
What a great story! I hope to visit one of these days. I thank you and everyone involved for the stamps that you produce.... they are wonderful. :)
