BILINGUAL DS AGENT FRENCH SPEAKING
Perform customer service for inbound calls and e-mails from English and French speaking demonstrators including order entry, order corrections, and questions regarding programs and policies. Ensure demonstrators are receiving accurate and efficient service through effective research, problem solving, and coaching.

DS SCHEDULING & OPERATIONS ANALYST
Create and coordinate scheduling of demonstrator support employees to ensure service levels are obtained and key objectives are met. Generate forecasts of department workflow and key employee statistics for each functional area. Support the management team by providing ongoing reporting and performance metrics across the entire department. Assist the department in meeting company goals through recommendations and strategic planning derived from analysis of contact, sales, recruiting, and order information. Partner with IT to maintain and manage phone system and identify enhancement opportunities based on business needs.

PRODUCTION WORKER 1, KANAB
Perform various functions in the manufacturing processes including assembly of rubber stamps, photopolymer stamps, paper packaging, ink pads, and ink bottles.

RECEPTIONIST
Perform support functions for Front Office Reception Desk; greeting employees and guests and answering incoming telephone calls.

INDUSTRIAL TECHNICIAN, DC
Responsible to perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all assigned equipment at the Riverton campus. This includes all facility infrastructure, electrical, and mechanical systems and equipment.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
Under the direction of the product managers, work as liaison with internal departments to facilitate product strategy and development, and assist with international collaboration. Assist product managers and specialists in various duties as needed ensuring department needs are met.

CYCLE COUNTER-SWING SHIFT
Perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory in the warehouse.

HOUSEKEEPER
Keep building clean and sanitary by scouring, scrubbing, mopping, and polishing using various tools, equipment, and cleaning materials.

ORDER FULFILLMENT PICKLINE WORKER
Fill orders by picking items on the pick line.
