BENEFIT INFORMATION

Whether to grow your family is an emotional decision, no matter the means of getting there. Undergoing fertility treatments can increase the weight of it due to the addition of financial pressure. Stampin’ Up! wants to help alleviate some of this pressure and offers up to $4,000 of reimbursement coverage annually for qualified expenses related to infertility and/or treatment of infertility. If you have any questions on what expenses are eligible for reimbursement, please reach out to NBS.

If you are enrolled in the HDHP with an HSA, you must meet the statutory deductible as set by the IRS before you will be able to receive reimbursement for fertility expenses through the HRA. In 2024, the statutory deductible is $1,600 for single medical coverage and $3,200 for family medical coverage.

REIMBURSEMENT PROCESS

This is a reimbursement account, so you will pay for the expense initially and then submit a claim for reimbursement. All claims will need to be submitted to NBS for processing. You can submit a claim form, along with the detailed receipt of service, online at mynbsbenefits.com or through their mobile app. Claims must be submitted no later than 60 days after the plan year ends. Please download the HRA Claim Form Packet in the resources section below for further details on the claim process.
