FAQs

When is my credit card charged?

For pay-as-you-go subscriptions, your credit card will be charged for the first kit(s) when you sign up, then it will be processed on the 11th of each month for subsequent kits. For a prepay subscription (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscription), your credit card will be charged the entire amount at the time of purchase.

When will I get my kit each month?

Your kit will ship from our warehouse two to three business days after the 11th of the month. Once your kit has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can see when it will arrive.

Can I skip a month?

Yes, with an exception. You can’t skip a month before you receive your first kit.

To skip a month, log in to your account and select Subscriptions. Under Need a Break at the bottom of the page, select Skip to skip Paper Pumpkin for the specified month. You need to do this on or before the 10th of the month to skip the specified month. If you skip a month, your subscription will resume the following month.

If you skip any day after the 10th, your order for the current month's kit will be processed and shipped to you, and the following month's kit will be skipped.

How do I cancel my subscription?

For a pay-as-you-go subscription, log in to your account and select Subscriptions, select the active subscription you want to cancel, then select Cancel My Subscription. You must cancel your subscription on or before the 10th of the month to cancel immediately. If you cancel on or after the 11th of the month, the order for that month’s kit will be processed and you'll receive it, but you won’t receive any more Paper Pumpkin kits after that time.

Since prepay subscriptions (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscriptions), have been paid for in advance, they cannot be canceled. If you don’t want to receive the current month’s kit, you can skip a month (before the 10th of the month) and receive the next month’s kit instead.
