Order Shipping Practices

Stampin’ Up! works with established carriers to ensure the best possible delivery conditions. Under normal circumstances, the standard processing time in the North America Distribution Center is two business days after the date the order is closed. During peak times, orders may require one to two additional processing days. We ship through UPS or the best carrier available. Product is usually shipped to deliver within seven business days from the date the order is received from the demonstrator at the offices of Stampin’ Up! Stampin’ Up! shall not be liable for any delay in shipment that is caused in whole or in part by circumstances beyond Stampin’ Up!’s control.

Shipping and Handling

As of 1 April 2022, the standard shipping and handling rates for the United States will be $7.95 USD or 11% (whichever is greater)—including territories and APO/FPO.

In the United States, the minimum shipping charge of $7.95 USD will apply to order totals up to $72.31 USD. Order totals greater than this will be calculated at 11%.

In addition to standard shipping and handling, three expedited options are available:

  • Next Day Shipping is an additional $38.00 USD* (includes expedited picking)
  • 2nd Day Shipping is an additional $23.00 USD* (includes expedited picking)
  • 3 Day Shipping is an additional $15.00 USD* (does not include expedited picking)

 

The expedited shipping option rates above are calculated in addition to the standard shipping rate (e.g., the next day shipping option would cost $7.95 USD or 11%—whichever is greater—plus $38.00 USD)

The Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Please remember that expedited shipping is not guaranteed. Next Day and 2nd Day Shipping expedited orders move up in picking/fulfillment priority (which we have control over internally), but once it leaves Stampin’ Up!’s distribution center, we have no control over when it arrives to you. Shipping vendors are experiencing significant challenges in the global supply chain crisis and will continue to for some time.

The 3-Day Shipping option only includes expedited shipping, not picking, i.e., the 3-Day shipping time begins once your order has been processed and fulfilled in the order it was received, not from the date of the order. (This service is only available to demonstrators and customers who live in UPS 4, 5, and 6 ground transit times.)

*The expedited rate increases by the rates shown above for each $500.00 USD increment (or fraction thereof) of the total order amount (i.e., for all orders totaling $500.00 USD or less, the next day expedited shipping upgrade option would cost the standard shipping charge of $7.95 or 11%—whichever is greater—plus an additional $38.00 USD. For orders totaling $500.01 to $1,000.00 USD, the next-day shipping charge would include the standard 11% plus $76.00 USD, and so on).

Order Corrections

While we always strive for accuracy in our orders, mistakes do happen. Stampin’ Up! is prepared to help you correct problems with your orders. To facilitate an order correction, please contact your demonstrator.

 

When you receive an order, carefully inspect each item to ensure that nothing is missing or damaged. Should a problem arise, please contact your demonstrator.

 

Damaged Items: If the parcel and/or a product is damaged, please let your demonstrator know. In some cases, either the shipping company may request to inspect the packaging or a Stampin’ Up! representative may need to inspect the damaged item. Your demonstrator will work with you to facilitate these inspections.

Defective Items: If an item is defective, please contact your demonstrator immediately. We strive to provide the best, defect-free product possible. Despite these efforts, you may encounter a product that fails to meet your expectations. In some cases, a Stampin’ Up! representative may need to inspect the item to better understand the type of defect. Your demonstrator will work with you to get the product returned for inspection.

Right of Withdrawal

You may CANCEL a transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within THREE BUSINESS DAYS* from the date of the transaction.

If you cancel, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within TEN BUSINESS DAYS following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled.

If you cancel, you must make available to the seller at your residence, in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under this contract or sale, or you may, if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the seller’s expense and risk.

If you do make the goods available to the seller and the seller does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your Notice of Cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to the seller, or if you agree to return the goods to the seller and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract.

To cancel a transaction, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of the Notice of Cancellation or any other written notice, to the independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrator from whom you ordered NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT of the third business day* after the order date.

*Customers residing in Alaska have FIVE BUSINESS DAYS within which to cancel this transaction. Buyers age 65 or older who reside in North Dakota have 15 BUSINESS DAYS within which to cancel orders for products with a purchase price greater than $50.
